Course Information and Organization

  • Start Date: You can find exact start dates on our registration form. If the dates listed do not suit you, please call us, and we will find a solution together!
  • Learning Format: Theory training is conveniently conducted via e-learning in the Liikluslab environment.
  • Practical Training: Driving lessons are scheduled individually based on an agreement between you and your instructor.
  • Duration:
    • For existing licence holders: starting from 1 week.
    • For individuals without a prior licence: starting from 4 weeks.
  • Cost: Please refer to our Price List for current course fees.
  • Discount: A 15 € discount applies to former Testudo students!

Category A Requirements (Full Power)

Category A grants the right to drive a motorcycle with an engine power exceeding 50 kW.

  • Age: At least 24 years old.
  • Prerequisite: Must hold a valid Category B, C, or D driving licence (Note: holders of an initial/provisional licence are not eligible).
  • OR: Must have held a Category A2 licence for at least 2 years.

Category A2 Requirements (Limited Power)

Category A2 grants the right to drive a motorcycle with an engine power up to 35 kW.

  • Age: At least 17.5 years old.
  • Prerequisite: Must hold a valid driving licence of any category.
  • Basic Training: Category A2 can also be studied by individuals without a prior driving licence (please note that the study volume is larger in this case).
