B-katRequirements for B-category course registration
To enroll in the B-category course, the applicant must:
- Be applying for a B-category or B1-subcategory driving license.
- Be a permanent resident of Estonia.
- Be at least 15.5 years old at the start of the course.
- Hold a valid medical certificate (tervisetõend) that permits driving a motor vehicle of the requested category.

Driving Lesson Insurance – All our training vehicles are fully insured. In the event of an accident, the student’s deductible (excess) is 0%. E-learning Options – Students have access to an online driving school platform and digital study materials, making learning flexible and convenient. Free Theory Tests – Theory knowledge checks are free of charge (for the first 2 attempts). Driving skill assessments are priced the same as a regular driving lesson. All-in-one Training – You can conveniently complete all required additional training courses in one place at our driving school. Flexible Payment Plans – You can pay for your training in up to three installments with no extra fees – the annual percentage rate (APR) is 0% | Course interruption: If your training is interrupted and more than 6 months have passed since your last lesson, the price for continuing the course will be adjusted according to the current price list. Tuition refunds: Tuition fees are refundable only if the interruption of the training is caused by a fault on the part of Testudo Driving School.
